Sample orders are handled differently depending on your purpose.

Non-customized samples (1–several units)
If you intend to purchase one or a few portable projectors to evaluate the product before becoming a distributor, wholesaler, or reseller of the Magcubic brand, we usually recommend purchasing directly from our C-end retail website.
In this case, products are shipped from the nearest overseas warehouse, allowing for fast delivery without customization.

Customized / OEM / ODM samples
If customization is required (such as logo customization, housing changes, or mold development), we will first confirm the required sample quantity with you.

• For small quantities, air shipping is typically recommended regardless of customization type.
• If the quantity is larger and intended for trial sales or market testing, sea shipping may be selected unless there are special delivery requirements.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are also handled based on product type and inventory availability.

             1. Magcubic branded products (non-customized)

• If the order volume is not extremely large and overseas warehouse inventory is available, we prioritize shipment from overseas warehouses to shorten delivery time.
• For very large quantities that cannot be fulfilled from overseas stock, products will be shipped from our domestic warehouse by sea freight, which requires a longer transit time.

2. Customized / OEM / ODM bulk orders

All customized products are shipped directly from the factory after production, typically via sea freight.
This is the most efficient and cost-effective solution for large-volume customized orders.

Packaging and Product Protection

Each Magcubic portable projector is packed in its own retail box.
Multiple retail boxes are consolidated into a master carton, and multiple cartons are secured on pallets.

All products undergo factory inspection before shipment to eliminate defective units.
Most damage cases occur during transportation, not production.

While faster shipping methods generally reduce risk, large-volume orders usually rely on sea freight.
To minimize transit damage, we focus on:

• Using reinforced, high-quality cartons
• Adding sufficient internal protection to prevent movement and collision
• Careful palletizing and secure fixation before shipment

Lead Time and Delivery Planning

Delivery timelines depend on the product type:

1. Standard products

• Production lead time is approximately 30 days, excluding shipping time.
• For in-stock items, preparation time is much shorter, and shipment can be arranged quickly.

2. Customized products

• Custom orders may require additional time but usually do not exceed 45 days.
• In case of special circumstances, our team will proactively inform you.

Regardless of order type, we maintain close communication with our partners.
Even if on-site inspection is not possible, we provide transparent production updates through videos, photos, calls, and written messages.

Documentation and Compliance Support

Shipping documentation is handled based on the agreed logistics arrangement.

1. Magcubic-arranged shipment

• After confirming Incoterms and shipping details, we prepare and dispatch the goods accordingly.
• Required customs clearance documents will be provided to ensure smooth import procedures.
• Any additional documents needed after shipment will also be supported.

2. Customer-appointed freight forwarder

• If you work with your own forwarder, they will handle logistics and documentation directly.
• In this case, our role is limited to coordinating cargo readiness and pickup.
